I am still skeptical as to the claims. Aren't you? However, what I can say is that the cravings I have had for alcohol have decreased tremendously. I am only on day 4 but I am experiencing something that I can only state as remarkable. I am having fewer cravings than I have had since I could remember.

I come from alcoholic family, my mother died because of it. I tried counseling, groups, and abstaining, none of it worked.
